The Match Promise

Matched by spec, guaranteed in person. Every Adéorí texture is matched to natural hair by coil size and curl pattern. The Match Promise is that guarantee, made enforceable: if the texture you receive doesn't blend with your hair, we'll exchange it for the right one — or refund it — within 30 days.

How it works

• 30 days. From the day your order is delivered, you have 30 days to request an exchange or refund.
• Unopened sets. Refundable outright, no questions beyond what helps us match you better next time.
• Opened sets. Exchangeable once toward a different texture. Hair is a hygiene-standard category, so opened sets can't be refunded — we say that plainly rather than burying it in fine print.
• Exchange shipping. During our launch window, we cover the exchange label. It costs you nothing to get to the right match.

Why we can promise this

A brand built on the exact match should be the one brand willing to guarantee it. Our textures are specified by coil size in millimetres and curl pattern from 3A to 4C, and every product page carries the spec block to match against your own hair. When the spec is right, the blend is right — and when it isn't, the exchange is on us.

To start an exchange or refund

Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us through the site with your order number and a photo of the set alongside your natural hair. We'll confirm the better match and send the label.
