Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of hair extensions and strict hygiene requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once shipped.

However, we stand fully behind our quality. If we send you the wrong item, wrong texture, wrong length, or wrong product, we will exchange it at no cost to you.

How to Request an Exchange

If you believe we made a fulfillment error, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@adeori.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item received
  3. We will review your request and, if the error is confirmed, send you the correct item immediately
  4. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, products must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

We Do Not Exchange or Refund

  • Items that have been opened, installed, or used
  • Items ordered in the correct specifications (wrong texture or length ordered by customer)
  • Change of mind or color preference
  • Hair that has been cut, colored, bleached, or heat styled
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery

Final Sale

All sales are final unless Adéorí Hair made an error in fulfillment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
