Return Policy
All hair sales are final. Hair is a personal hygiene product and cannot be returned or refunded once an order has been placed.
Wrong Item Received
The only exception is if we shipped the wrong item. If you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@adeori.com with your order number and a photo of what you received.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a wrong-item resolution, the item must be:
- In its original, unaltered condition
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with all accessories
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final once an order is placed.
