Orders over $350 ship free, tracked. Under $350, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Everywhere Else
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Processing Times
Every texture is made to order. We steam-set each weft in a small batch after you order rather than pulling it off a shelf, so all weft orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Custom wigs are hand-built over 10–15 business days, then processed for a further 5–7 business days before shipping.
All orders include a tracking number. You'll receive it by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow your delivery in real time from there. Delivery time depends on your destination and carrier.
Expedited Shipping
We don't offer expedited shipping at this time. If you need your hair for a specific date, order early and email us at support@adeori.com; we'll always ship as quickly as we can.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. If something looks off, or your processing window has passed without a tracking email, contact us at support@adeori.com.
Customs & Duties
