Shipping Rates
United States
Orders over $350 ship free, tracked. Orders under $350 ship for a flat $12.
Canada
Flat rate of $12 on all orders. Free shipping is not currently available to Canada.
International
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
All orders include a tracking number. You'll receive it by email as soon as your order ships.
Expedited Shipping
We don't offer expedited shipping at this time. If you need your hair by a specific date, order at least 7 days in advance for US orders, or 14 days in advance for international orders. We'll always ship as quickly as we can.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery in real time. If something looks off or you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@adeori.com.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our shipping rates. Check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure what to expect.
