Ordering & Bundles Texture & Matching Hair Quality Care & Maintenance Shipping Returns Product-SpecificOrdering & Bundles
The number of bundles depends on your desired length and the fullness you want:
- 12" to 16": 2 bundles for a natural look, 3 bundles for extra fullness
- 18" to 22": 3 bundles standard, 4 bundles for very full installs
- 24" to 26": 3 to 4 bundles minimum
Important for textured hair: Tighter curl patterns (4C Kinky, Burmese Curly, Deep Wave) shrink significantly when wet or styled. Order one length longer than your desired finished result. For example, if you want 16" when styled, order 18" bundles.
If you're installing with a closure, you may need one less bundle.
Not required, but highly recommended. A closure gives you:
- A natural-looking hairline and parting
- Protective coverage for your natural hair
- Versatility in styling (middle part, side part, or no part)
- Longer-lasting installs
Our HD lace closures blend seamlessly with all 9 textures. They're pre-plucked and ready to install.
We don't recommend it. Each texture has a unique curl pattern, density, and shrinkage rate. Mixing textures creates an inconsistent look that's difficult to blend.
If you want layered dimension, order 2–3 bundles of the same texture in different lengths instead.
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges.
Before ordering:
- Use our texture quiz to find your match
- Review the product photos and videos
- Check the "Bundle Guidance" section on each product page
- Contact us with questions before purchasing
We're here to help you get it right the first time.
Texture & Matching
We offer 9 textures designed for different hair types:
Coily & Kinky:
- 4C Kinky — tightest coil, maximum shrinkage
- Kinky Straight — kinky texture that straightens when heat-styled
- Yaki — relaxed texture, mimics pressed natural hair
Curly:
- Burmese Curly — tight, springy curls
- Loose Curls — soft, bouncy ringlets
- Deep Wave — deep S-curl pattern
Wavy & Straight:
- Body Wave — subtle S-wave
- Loose Wave — gentle beach wave
- Natural Straight — straight with body, not bone-straight
Take our texture quiz for a personalized recommendation. It asks about your natural curl pattern, styling habits, and desired look.
General matching guide:
- Type 4C natural hair: 4C Kinky, Burmese Curly, or Kinky Straight
- Type 4A/4B natural hair: Burmese Curly, Loose Curls, or Deep Wave
- Type 3C/3B natural hair: Loose Curls, Deep Wave, or Body Wave
- Type 3A/2C natural hair: Body Wave, Loose Wave, or Natural Straight
- Type 2A/2B or straight hair: Natural Straight, Loose Wave
Your install method also matters. If you're doing a protective sew-in and want to leave out your edges, match your natural texture exactly.
All Adéorí hair comes in natural black (1B). This is the natural color of unprocessed virgin hair.
The hair can be dyed, lightened, or toned. We recommend visiting a professional colorist experienced with virgin hair if you want to bleach or lift the color.
If you want highlights, balayage, or a lighter color, expect to visit a salon. Virgin hair takes color beautifully but requires proper technique.
Hair Quality & Specifications
Yes. Every single strand is 100% virgin human hair, cuticle-intact Remy.
Here's what that means:
- Virgin: Never been chemically processed, dyed, or treated
- Cuticle-intact: The protective outer layer is preserved and aligned in one direction (this prevents tangling)
- Remy: All hair strands flow in the same direction from root to tip
We never use synthetic filling. We never mix hair grades. We never steam-process curl patterns onto chemically treated hair. What you see is what you get: pure, unprocessed human hair in its natural texture.
With proper care: 2 to 5 years.
Longevity depends on:
- How often you wear the hair
- Your maintenance routine (washing, conditioning, detangling)
- Heat styling frequency
- Install method (sew-in, wig, quick weave)
Customers who treat the hair like their own natural hair — gentle washing, regular deep conditioning, minimal heat — report wearing the same bundles for 3+ years.
Yes. Virgin hair takes color extremely well.
You can:
- Dye darker shades easily at home
- Bleach to lighter colors (blonde, auburn, etc.)
- Add highlights or balayage
- Tone to remove brassiness
Important:
- Lifting virgin black hair to blonde requires professional-grade developer and skill
- Over-processing will damage the cuticle (shedding, tangling, dryness)
- We recommend visiting a colorist experienced with virgin hair extensions
- Bleaching voids any informal quality expectations since it alters the hair structure
If you've never colored extensions before, start with a subtle dye (burgundy, dark brown) before attempting platinum blonde.
Yes. You can flat iron, curl, blow dry, or use hot tools.
Heat styling tips:
- Always use a heat protectant spray
- Keep temperature below 400°F (virgin hair doesn't need extreme heat)
- Limit heat styling to 2–3 times per week max
- Deep condition after every heat session
The hair will revert to its natural texture when wet, so you can switch between curly and straight styles.
We source 100% virgin hair from ethical suppliers in Southeast Asia. The hair is naturally shed or cut, never collected from temple donations or questionable sources.
Each texture comes from regions where that hair type grows naturally:
- Kinky and coily textures: sourced from donors with naturally coily hair
- Curly textures: sourced from donors with naturally curly hair
- Straight textures: sourced from donors with naturally straight hair
We do not chemically alter hair to create textures. What you see is the donor's natural hair.
Care & Maintenance
Wash every 7 to 14 days depending on product buildup.
Step-by-step:
- Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb before wetting
- Wet the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water
- Apply sulfate-free shampoo in a downward motion (never scrub or bunch up)
- Rinse thoroughly
- Apply a moisturizing conditioner from mid-shaft to ends
- Leave conditioner on for 5–10 minutes
- Rinse with cool water (seals the cuticle)
- Gently squeeze out excess water with a microfiber towel
- Air dry or blow dry on low heat
Avoid:
- Sulfate shampoos (strip moisture)
- Rubbing the hair aggressively
- Washing too frequently (dries out the hair)
Recommended:
- Sulfate-free shampoo (moisturizing formula)
- Deep conditioner or hair mask (use weekly)
- Leave-in conditioner
- Lightweight hair oil (argan, jojoba, or grapeseed)
- Heat protectant spray
Avoid:
- Heavy silicones and waxes (cause buildup)
- Alcohol-based products (dry out the hair)
- Petroleum-based products (coat the hair and attract dirt)
Treat the hair like dry, natural hair. Virgin hair has no chemical coating, so it needs moisture.
Tangling prevention:
- Detangle before washing (never detangle soaking wet hair)
- Sleep with hair in a loose braid or ponytail
- Use a satin bonnet or pillowcase
- Finger-detangle daily, comb weekly
- Don't over-manipulate the hair
Shedding prevention:
- Seal the wefts with fabric glue before installing (prevents loose strands)
- Avoid excessive combing or brushing
- Don't pull or tug during styling
- Limit chemical processing
Some minimal shedding is normal (5–10 strands per wash). Excessive shedding means the wefts weren't sealed or the hair is being handled too roughly.
Yes, but take precautions.
Chlorine (pools):
- Wet hair with clean water before entering the pool (saturates it so it absorbs less chlorine)
- Wear a swim cap if possible
- Rinse immediately after swimming
- Shampoo and deep condition within 24 hours
Saltwater (ocean):
- Same steps as chlorine
- Saltwater is less damaging than chlorine but still drying
After swimming: Always clarify and deep condition. Chlorine and salt strip moisture and can cause matting if left untreated.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This is standard for virgin hair extensions due to hygiene and quality control. Once hair leaves our facility, we cannot resell it.
Contact us immediately at support@adeori.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We'll resolve fulfillment errors (wrong texture, wrong length, damaged packaging, missing items) on a case-by-case basis.
This does not apply to buyer's remorse, texture mismatches due to incorrect ordering, or damage caused after delivery.
We provide detailed product descriptions, photos, videos, and a texture quiz to help you choose correctly. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.
Because all sales are final, we cannot accept returns for texture mismatches. Choose carefully.
