Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order depends on your location and the most efficient routing available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at any time from our Order Tracking page.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@adeori.com.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Adéorí Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Adéorí Hair is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipping may incur additional fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@adeori.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
