How Natural Straight Behaves

Natural Straight is virgin hair with a naturally smooth cortex, meaning it falls flat from root to end with minimal body. Shrinkage is low compared to textured bundles: the hair may develop a subtle wave if left in high humidity or worn wet, but returns to a straight baseline when dry. Porosity is consistent from root to tip thanks to single-donor sourcing, so products absorb evenly across the weft. The hair is colour-safe up to 613 blonde and accepts toning, balayage, and highlights without unexpected banding or uneven lift. It holds a curl from a wand or flexi rod well but releases to straight fairly quickly, especially in heat and humidity.

How to Care for Natural Straight Extensions

Wash every 7–10 days with a sulfate-free shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner from mid-shaft to ends and leave for 5 minutes before rinsing in cool water. Air dry flat or gently blow dry on low heat. If heat styling daily, keep temperatures at or below 375°F and always apply a heat protectant. Deep condition every two weeks if you heat style regularly. Store detangled, in a loosely folded bundle inside a silk or satin bag. Never store damp. With proper care, Natural Straight extensions last 2+ years.

How Many Bundles to Order

Natural Straight has the lowest shrinkage in the range. What you order is very close to what installs. At 16"–18": 2 bundles covers most full sew-ins. At 20"–22": 2–3 bundles. At 24"+: 3 bundles. With an HD Lace Closure or HD Lace Frontal, reduce by one bundle. Natural Straight lies flat rather than taking up volume with curl, so it achieves full coverage with fewer bundles than textured installs. For a partial sew-in, 2 bundles at 16"–20" is usually sufficient. All Adéorí human hair bundles are 100 grams, single-donor, and colour-safe to 613.
